Refund Policy

The public refund policy of which our company shall abide by for all goods and services provided to our clients and customers. Here in shall be the following provisions.


Refunds on Services

Services shall be defined as contracted interactions between the company and the client to provide a service or product to the client, the case of which, the labor of a member is given. Services are different in products and subscriptions in the case of which services are handled differently depending on the circumstances below.


Partial Service Completion – Client Initiated

If the client initiates the refund, in formal writing, and the service in question is not completed, however the labor for said service has already begun, the client shall be billed only for completion. In which case the client shall also receive the unfinished product in its source formatting to do as they see fit upon processing of said refund on the companies’ side.


Partial Service Completion – Company Initiated

Upon formal notice sent via electronic communication that the service in question could not be completed by us. The client shall receive the full amount of payment paid to the company back, as well as the incomplete service results in question with no further fees or charges.


Full-Service Completion

It shall be noted that the company does not offer refunds for completed services in question. With exception to the following instances.

  • The result of the service is lacking in terms of what was promised legally and professionally by the company. In this case, if no recourse or other options of reconciliation are available, a refund shall be given upon processing by the company.

  • There has been a significant breach in contract on the companies’ behalf, and as such the client is, if under obligations by the contract, to issue a refund.

  • A high-level company officer provides a written and verified signature to issue said refund.

  • There is some form of legal action, obligation, or mandate issued by a governing body or Court that mandates the processing, and if found in due, approval and issuance of such refund for said services given provided in the time frame.


Refunds on Products

Products in this case shall be defined as premade objects or digital objects that are templated and sold as copies of prototypes, developments, finalizations, etc. In this case, there is no special custom requested features within these products that are not standard. Products are not the same as subscriptions, as products are only one-time purchases. Refunds on products shall be provided within the following stipulations under the United States jurisdiction:

  • It is within 90 days of purchase of the product in question.

  • The product itself is faulty, or in this case, it is on the companies’ behalf for the product not doing as advertised.

  • It is required by law, court order, governing mandate, or other administrative bodies to issue a refund if said documentation and legal orders are found valid.

  • With proper documentation and notice, the product in question is covered with a company provided warranty. The customer must have documentation, or the company must have records on file. If any documentation found is proven to be valid of warranty, a refund can be issued, or if requested, a new product can be shipped out free of charge to the customer, and a reinstatement of the same warranty policy.


Refunds on Subscription

Subscriptions shall be defined as reoccurring charges by the company to provide a continued service or licensing of a product to a customer. Subscriptions are, in a simple sense, a product being licensed out. There are no refunds on subscriptions once the transaction is completed, however, at any time, a client can contact a member of our team and cancel a subscription. Please note that any subscription cancelation means that, upon the next date of renewal, the service or product in question shall be canceled, and the end user shall not have the permission to continue using the service or product.
